Book no dagger yes
You can shop daggers from the same merchants that sell other staffmod caster sticks, ie malah, akara, etc.
You can't gamble books or daggers
Books can't spawn with eldritch skills other than eldritch blast / psychic ward, but daggers spawn with all skills

Do you know if.. the skill bind demon can be a charge randomly somewhere? I've seen a few abyss charge items.. lol
