find the screenshot (Or pasteit in Paint and save on desktop temporary if you cannot find it)
Upload to imgur (Or any other host)
Right click picture - Open image in new tab
[./IMG]image url[./IMG] (without the dots)

close, you need to right click the image - Openimage in new tab.
