Right now the lock is a little too op and can do hell tzs right out of the gate. They used an idea from pd2 that needs to be utilized more which is hybrid damage types to allow for doing hell difficulty to counter immunes. Don't make it the most optimal build but give it decent damage from dual trees. Each class needs this fix to allow for starting builds otherwise they're basically hardlocked with -resistance gear coupled with the new painstaking grind of sunder charms which are 60 times more difficult to acquire now. Meteor for example is physical and fire damage on pd2, which is fkin awesome. Sadly pd2 had way better ideas than the majority of this patch from the official company itself. That team should just be put in charge of this whole game.

The new sunder charm rarity pretty much destroyed the market single handedly. Can't do damage to mob why play class? It's that simple.
