Reason: misses fool mode + too low base ias + too low ed for cruel + no self repair.

Edit: it can be upgraded to BA but it is still selfuse.

pretty sure that any melee weapon that isn't better than botd and EDC is default akara, both botd and Eth death cleaver is allowed in AOW as far as i know.
a unperf botd is better than most non fools cruel weapons. a cruel needs 1-2 lo's + self rep to give it a higher avg than botd, but if you can afford a godly cruel, just buy a fools if you dont wanna get destroyed when you can't hit.

Just my two cents tbh, but others may have a different opinion.
