1 in hex:siphon if you need the sustain (shouldnt need if you have a lil leech and use insight), but else, don't use hexes

It's all about phys dmg.
So, unless you just want some weird off-meta build, the phys jewel is the only one that makes sense.
And if you don't care and you want to try to pump your magic dmg even if it makes the build worse, even then, you'll still benefit more from the phys jewel than the magic one.

help me out why do you need 20 DM before cta? you just want 20 at the time of binding for aura, right? Why is the before CTA important

If you drop from 20 to 19 it will kill your summon as you now only are able to have 2 instead of 3. In this case, every time your Battle Command runs out, your last summoned demon dies and can't be summoned again until you cast BC again.

Just 1 extra point to reach lvl 20 without BC is well worth the time saved. You’d be forced to recast a demon and consume it.
When BC expires, you’d lose a big chunk of life and dmg.
