Domestic issues will withdraw the US from the conflict early regardless but Iran lost A LOT of goodwill.

#2 - if the U.S didn't wanna act and do the right thing, tactical\small-time wars between Israel and Iran and it's proxies were much more frequent, since Israel would not allow them to continue with the crap they are trying to do for decades ( vaporize Israel for good ).

#3 - the ONLY outcome a sane world would allow ( unlike some EU countries who still lives in a lie, decades from losing identity and becoming more Muslim in % ) - an open war with Iran, with strategic goals, alongside U.S best buddy, tiny Israel.
