Thats a myth. Enemies in hell dont have any base pdr at all. Also, even if a monster had 50% pdr already, then Stone Skin wouldnt work afaik

Edit: unfortunately still, for the Pit Lord at least, it looks like Stone Skin wouldn't make it immune to physical, according to the following:

Because the Pit Lord already has 2 immunities, Stone Skin's +50% DR wouldn't apply. For other monsters, though, they definitely have DR%s greater than 0 (in hell), and Stone Skin can definitely make them immune to physical.

Heralds can be Bind ?

There are no heralds in the Furnace of Pain. Pit Lords there cannot ever spawn as heralds because Furnace of Pain can't be a Terror Zone (not even with an act 5 Worldstone shard)
