the trick is to kill a BLUE champ followed by a UNIQUE champ or vice versa in quickish succession under 1 minute. that will trigger it

Do you switch from hard area to easy area after getting the ire message?
E.g. running worldstone keep, get the ire, go to cold plains - easy T5 kill.

Dude, I got a level 2 herald in tristram tz. Him and his pack had thorns aura. I killed him with lightning trap damage. If you don't know what thorns aura looks like you'd be dead in an instant.
