so if i keep my phoenix, should i trade my Ebotd war pike for like an e-fort tmaul?

Fort is only really used if u really want 125fcr

Which u can just do with insight if u care about 125 and not damage

for me.. maybe im just bad, but with anything but ebotd, i find i die. I love to tele into packs and throw them spears. with ebotd, the LL keeps me alive so i really do like that weapon. I found a way to hit 75% fcr with ebotd and phoenix tho. Should that be sufficient until i get a 20fcr helm?

Yes ebotd is the cheap effective way to stay sustained, however if u just replace 1x soj with a dual leech ring u can change ur wsapon to whatever u want

whats better than ebotd right now? is it fort? should i run a fort and a meph oh?

20-30 mana repl

Add arach, diadem and 2 x fcr rings for 125fcr.
1 fcr ring with dual leech, and one with high mana.

Add phoenix, hl, loh, gores (all the dmg boosters).
And eni for tele.

Now you have epic res, good fhr, best fcr, good mana repl, high life.

Most enemies will die in 1 cast if you have some skillers and correct torch on top.
As well as a good demon(fana + cursed and extra fast), and consume ur goat.
Might merc with bramble and pride, and something for leech.

Highest fcr break, little to none mana and life drinking.
Survivability.
Absorb and inzane damage.

The full setup is really nice. And the thorns aura will end ubers and such even faster and help spread amp which is way better than any other damage buff you can find. Thorns aura = instant full screen amp. Static charges is like evey 2 seconds, way to slow, and melee amp is decent but does not spread good enought.

Its 50% deadly strike, so yes not maximum damage, but does that really matter when every elite and normal monster die in 1 hit in p8?

Its also closer to a pvp build as well, you do not have to swap every item just to pvp.

There is so much shit info in this thread it would take a month to dissect.

Get 125% Fcr. Weapon damage is useless. I do 71k dmg with ondals or obsession. Get crit and +skills. Pride merc. LL and ML & you're golden. That's it. That's all you need. Cursed/Pulse aura demon.

High damage weapons are a trap, and I think you're fucking stupid for using one.

Thats pretty much what i have tried to explain, but all are so focused on overdoing damage and calculate that this thing has 1,4% more dps than that other thing, and forget that 1 death is waste of time, buying mana pots is waste of time, teleporting with 75fcr is slow, beeing fhr’d is slowing down all, not leeching means you have to occationally buy life pots.

The main thing that slows me down is that im playing with friends on ps5 and i have consumed all good demons i had by mistake xD

I rather have my setup which gives more dmg, decent mf, 75 fcr, and can do ubers on p8 and clear anything else without any item switch tbh. but anything is good if warlock remains unnerfed lmao

if the demon does not get hit , will thorns aura still trigger amp every 0.5s?
