I pretty much hide everything, so I sometimes get nervous and press alt again out of habit to see if items are on the ground. I drop full juvs on the ground to test to see if my filter is working.

My biggest concern is me thinking it is on, but it isn't...and I pass over nice items.

Kill a unique.
If nothing shows, press alt.
Hover on potions and whatever item the unique dropped, if they then show, you can press alt again.

Your full rejuv strat seems to be good aswell.

I kill some boss pack and go "you sure about that?"

I wish, that would be nice, sucks needing to hit alt at the start of every game, and I sometimes forget as well and have to back track to check loot after I remember to turn it on

I just make all pot beside full juv disappear, plus throwing pot and small gold pile gone. that already took care of 60 to 70% of the garbage on screen. rest I'll just determine it my self

I used to be a Hold Alter before they made this loot filter.
Legacy didnt have toggle so I got used to not having anything on the screen unless I turn on "Loot mode".
Now toggle feels like it makes sense. I can see the game and dont have to press Alt every 2 secs.

But to me it has just become part of my prep,
I will swap, BC/BO, swap, HS, Alt, and go slay.
Just make it a part of your "prep", include it in your routine, after "that spell" you always press Alt, and you never forget. Hell, even you know what ? Never prep unless you already pressed Alt. :thumbsup:

this is what made the differnce for me as well- you gotta just hit alt immediately when entering the game and make it muscle memory. Might even help to make the show loot button something thats away from other buttons so you wouldnt accidentally hit it, and going out of your way to hit it makes it more explicit that youve done it.
