Since upgrading to ROTW I no longer can see any terror zones at waypoint.
I know they rotate every 30 mins now, but even /terrorized doesnt work...

Have you enabled TZ ?
Have you killed Baal in the difficulty youbtry to see TZ ?

Tz enabled, and i'll go run a baal run rn and see if that changes. can't even use the shards

You know you just have to open Quests and look at Baal see if he is done or not ?

this is a scnl char i transferred over just to see how things were. So every q in the entirety of the game is completed, And I just ran a baal run to make sure and no changes.

tz is the easier to do than selling stuff to charsi wtf is going on

idek how to reply to this because apparently reading comp went out the window. Everything is as it should be, but there are no fucking terror zones in my games.
