I have a good Midgame Echoing Strike Warlock that is struggling a little with Ubers. I prebuff with treachery so I can kill Mephisto pretty easily, but Baal is weirdly difficult and require many rejuvs.

I read that he has Frozen Armor so I need my Bound Demon to be between me and him, it's a little tough, but I manage.

My build feels off, but I can't figure out what the issue is.

you need more FCR. Echoing strike uses FCR for attack speed. Get 75 or ideally 125

pride/enigma/and that inventory are beyond mid game imo
I did ubers with almost 0 inventory and an insight weapon with a curse demon and no tap

other than the chilling armor reflect IDK what to advicse: split pull them, spawn them p1, sigil slow baal so he doesnt move

That’s absolutely an end game build lol. Should easily be able to do Ubers. If you’re struggling use sigils and an amp demon

I made some changes since he messaged. I didn't do the merc, he is back to insight and treachery. I didn't have any life steal the first time I did ubers, overlooked it. I only have 7% now.
