Q1: On my current run, i've had 6 heralds pop up until now, after terrorizing 2 acts. Nothing notable drop yet - do you guys usually continue terrorizing the rest of the acts and as the herald number goes up, does the drop rate of a Sundercharm exponetially grow? Is it known by now how that mechanic works or is it purely RNG?

Q2: My unserstanding was, that every boss can drop only 1 of 5 statues - eg. Duriel only drops Korlic. Today Duriel dropped Talic (a1 Statue). Has that happened to anyone? Bug or feature?

1) once Herald of Terror aka Herald Tier 5, odds at Sunders dont get better. It can be Herald number 5 or 20, same odds.
Gets only better from 1 to 5.

2) every boss can drop every statue.

It must be rare for them to drop other statues because all mine so far only dropped one for their respective act

I have many from Andy, meph, and Diablo but I cannot get the 2nd and 5th statues at all even duriel didn't drop me any the one time I tried, haven't caught wsk tz yet

Idk where this idea keeps coming from. I've had 3 different statues drop from Andy alone. Duriel has terrible drop rates in general, so farming it seems like a waste of time.

ive had 3 Korlics drop from Duriel from about 5 times farming her.

that being said, my idea was from the fact, that from about 20 statues ive collected over the course of the week, each one was corresponding to the act in which the boss was defeated.
Today was a first for me.

From what I understand, the boss you kill has higher chances at dropping "his" statue, with slightly smaller chances at the other ones.
To what point this varies, I dont know, and my personal sample size is too low to say so I couldnt help further.
