exemple Light Sunder -70 (from LoD, cannot be upgraded/crafted)

It means any monster normally immune to lightning will have its reaist lowered to 95%, making it no longer immune.. however u still need more -res from infinity/facets etc for it to be worth doing more than just 5% of ur dmg

The -70 means you lose 70 resist, this can roll from -70 to -90 so 70 is best

Coming back after awhile...does Sunder also break fire and cold immunes now for a sorc?

I remember loving fire...but hell has too many immunes.

There are 6 different kind of Sunders, which each breaks certain immunity (cold/fire/lightning/magic/physical/poison).
