He summoned in a private game, I am a javazon with insight might merc - trying to apply prevent monster heal with edge bow I just made and crushing blow with strength mace before switching back to titans. he keeps regenin - am I not able to go bak to town to resummon mercy and get more pots, does that reset?

Give the edge bow to act1 merc. Buy either necro wand with lower resist or life tap in act 5 at mallah. With life tap, jab him to death, with lower resist, use charged strike. Gl, he isn't that hard.

For anyone struggling or interested...

Merc was useless for me

1. proc prevent monster heal with edge bow (dlcone will turn green) - must be used by character not merc
2. use Malayhsopped lower resist charge wand (thank you @babun1024)
3. switch to Java and charged strike
4. kite when cold effected (no anti freeze for me)
5. drink lots of full rejuvs/ rejigs and health pots

repeat steps 2 and 3
