all I did was refresh while I was on a channel so I could see my new incoming messages and now I cant trade the forum gold to that person or view any other channels?

If you view too many profiles in a short amount of time you will get a flood control.
Try not to open any profiles for about 15 minutes and that should fix it.

You can also send fg to a user if you can locate one of their posts or if you open a PM from that user and click the gold icon below their username.

Oh thanks I didnt know that well that will make it easier been on site since early 2003-2004 and I never knew about that option thanks.
