wanted to know if craft fcr ring is still a must have for bone and hammer char in pvp

with the new sling ring which give 10 fcr, magic dmg (-% magic resist) and slow target, Im definitely not sure that fcr craft ring remains to be the best ring

let me know what you think about it

any other advices ?

I will be rocking 1x sling and 1x40mf magic ring as Hdin, once I find my Sling.
I quit on gambling Rings and now will be gambling Ammys.
I will still craft blood rings hoping to get FCR on there.
I'd rather keep my Pames for Amulets than use em on Ring crafts
