Will Tals weapon/belt/ammy with spirit monarch, Fire facet Ornus (+3meteor) be in the right direction? Have all this but the tal ammy

Don't go for fire ormus. Either use viper or tals armor. Oh ya, make good use of static. Try to reach 105fcr, only sacrifice to the lower bpoint if using full tals with phoenix. Use -5 fire facet, it's a big help.
