Probably another month. It was not prepared before reset as it usually is.
It's only state 2/6 on EU and Asia (lod).

Might have to do a community gather up on stream or something to get the ball going on it.

Right now it will cost between 60,000fg and 100,000fg to spawn one with the current prices of SOJs being 800fg
