What’s weird is I’ve seen multiple folks say the t1-3 only applies online, not offline. Which if true is hopefully just a stupid mistake.
okay so my info I based this post off was a llama vid where he said he thinks they shouldn't be locked to the rank 4/5 heralds. So I guess he could have been talking about offline and not online and I just assumed he meant overall.
That is cool if they do drop from rank 1 herals + because otherwise it would be exclusive to worldstone shard farming

there's been a more recent discovery. online and offline are actually the same and all tiers can drop a sunder, however:
tiers 1-3 do not drop from the typical sunder TC that has been used since TZs first came out. the grand charm has to roll unique for it to drop as sunder through the normal table. so the odds are extremely rare, very similar odds as what a gheeds fortune from something like pindleskin would be.
tiers 4-5 do drop from the sunder TC, and they have vastly better odds to drop a sunder. but its weighted against noDrop, which punishes solo players.
