Hi i got a message saying my Avatar Violates these rules:

The entire size of your signature should not exceed 400 pixels wide by 150 pixels high. Large sections of text that extend the height well past this will be removed. Continued abuse of the rules will result in your rights to have a Signature and Avatar being removed.

Total size of the images contained in your signature or avatar should not exceed 50 kilobytes for the avatar and 70 kilobytes for the signature. Offending images will be removed followed by a warning,

Could someone help me to ensure the signature is within the guidelines. TY

I also been told that my avatar file size is to large.

is there anyway it could be properly sized

that image you want for your signature banner is rather large, ill have to go back and make an attempt later or see if someone else wants to give it a try to get it proper size without looking pretty bad in quality.

its because typically you'll have to right click and Open that image itself on a new tab and it will give you the same link with the ".jpeg" on the end of the URL (the only way the site recognizes it). that image you provided is also past the limit threshold for avatars so here is the new image and link fitting within paramaters:
