highest level bind is around what? 54 ?

+6 weapon +6 tome +3 helm +3 ammy +2 armor +2 sojs +1 arach +1 wraithstep +9 skillers +4 torch anni +1 cta +2 skill shrine = 60
that will only lock in level 60 until the game ends, and at most you can have level 58 when you enter a new game, with the laborious process of gear swapping to that stuff and back

On low/mid warlock (full naj/wt/2 ammy/rare belt/magefist/rhyme/save 3 respec) best bind demon setup?
1. bind with items 20 need
2. demonic mastery 20
3. Blood oat ~12

- Hephasto with conviction on cursed tz? May be teleport
- or find Vile Mother A5 with conviction/cursed tz?

Well definitely still depends on build but assuming echoing strikes
Your ideal is probably still cursed + holy freeze urdar, but these are hard to obtain, same with a vile mother
Ismail will be the easiest to obtain as cursed + holy freeze with that setup since you get the level 20 skill, but hephasto with cursed + holy freeze will be better- just much harder to obtain
You could still roll TZ games until you get cursed and then search for the demon base you want and roll for cursed + holy freeze, but it won't be nearly as tanky as a high skills blood boil lock / endgame gear would get, so he might die where heph would live
But urdars, particularly a5 guest ones, are basically unkillable

Funnily enough I think there's a market for a service to warlocks where you open an urdar frigid + cursed terror zone + a5 shard map and then loan out 6x skillers, +3 helm, +3 book, +3 ammy, +4 ondals so they hit 20+ bind demon even with 1 point, then let people get their very own TZ 96 cursed + {choice of aura} 1.15x hp urdar with 75% dr and 2.44% regen
Unfortunately that means a whole lot of trust and explaining to rands how to bind the proper demons and why it works and watch as some retard kills the whole area without getting a proper urdar first, or tries to bind minions/uniques/champions, or dies to pvm damage, I can see a lot of ways it goes wrong
