increase spawn rate is a must, LMAO you can clear entire tz act only see him once or twice. that number needs to go way up, at least once per zone, the drop rate could remain what it is if spawn rate goes up.
I think this is the right call. Maintain the drop rate but increase the number of heralds. Will redistribute some of the value of latent charms into worldstone shards but still require effort and prioritize full game clears.
