He doesn’t know any of these mechanics my guy, I don’t even know why they even asked this clueless bozo to help

But then again, current day blizzard may be even more clueless than mrbozo


They are clueless, they obviously don't even know about this bug.. so yeah it's bugged

still wondering if it would work (global) when sock it in offhand weapon.

my guess is, it only works in offhand and not global.

also - in helmet its bugged, the ed doesnt work

Maybe you all should spam the blizzard bug report forum about this bug instead of jsp. 50 topics on the same subject and they may look into it?

honestly, it's easily confirmed with someone who uses offline hero editor, which I dont. Simply make 2 jewels, both with the same +damage but different % enhanced damange. put it in a helm. swap between them for echo. if the dmg is the same, despite the jewel having different ED%, then it is bugged. if the dmg is different with the higher % ED jewel being higher, it works.

you would need a target dummy and something that actually shows exact damage numbers and that doesnt exist. people say they test maybe you could online with another player and punch but min-max damage would mess up results so alot of testing would be needed

the bug is visible on the actual displayed damage. you dont need to test real damage output

i feel like no one has tested for over a decade, and i don't trust hero editor?
