we booked a rush for 350fg per slot
it took 2,5 hours for the rusher to finish the rush

can we insist on getting our fg back?
we pm'd but he doesn't seem an error on his side.
but he litterally walked through some levels, becaues "he died once before" in that area

you’re not ‘entitled’ to a refund then because the service was completed, if you could talk it out with the other party and come to a mutual agreement where you’re compensated a little that would be considered good mannered but completely up to them
they’ve also spent 2,5 hours of their time after all

Was this a hardcore or softcore rush also?
