Havent played since the release of D2R:

I'm thinking of a decent budget build, I was thinking of tals set vs. tals and occy+shako... what's the preference? what about skulders ire i think upgraded

Also what rings do I go and gloves and all that jazz.

Lastly do I do like glacial freeze while blizz or frost orb? I forgot its been a longgg time.

Any info helps, just please let me go the efficient path for someone with mid level budget

Trang gloves are the only answer given cold damage.

I always like 3pc tals over full set starting with spirit then occur then dfathom

ya can use both Glacial Spike & Orb while blizzard is on cooldown

yeah start with a blizzard then one glacial spike to freeze them cold + orb if you have enough fcr to cast it while blizzard is in cooldown and repeat. VS boss don't use glacial spike just orb + blizzard.

You still want to run trangs not only for the fcr but the cold res that helps offset a sunder charm

wow with the new sundar charm i can farm anywhere now? do i need any negative cold res stuff?

it depend if you max cold mastery of not if you don't its better to use doom for its -60% cold rez than death fathom

Full set, fcr rings (or wisp ring), trang gloves, max res, max block, 1 point to ES, play Hardcore.
