The %ED with +max/min dmg jewel bug has been well described for when it is used for any nonweapon item.

The protector stone has + max and +min dmg as well as % ED. Has anyone actually tested whether this is still bugged/whether they fixed it?

so what does the bug do , does it make it do less dmg? im confused

I’m gonna go with 90% chance the ed has no effect unless it’s socketed into a weapon. Llama must have been streaming too late when he designed that one
