You need 10 ias from gear so bloodfists and 40 ias on zerker to reach 6fps smite which is fastest possible.

Minimum Fanta you need is lvl 27.

Your screen shot image says 50 ias so 30 ias zerker and 20 ias gloves is 50.

You don’t gotta use gloves tho, you can use a highlords, ik boots and gloves, 40/15 jewels etc.


The answer is 50 ias with lvl 27 Fanta.
