Sounds like your end, here is some things you could check maybe check firewalls logs/settings, reset your dns or use google dns, are you using vpn?

changed dns quad9 before was cloudflare
firewall logs looks ok
wiped cache
for liek 10 30 min works but and sundenly cant acess... only had this today wierd.
