Yeah I have tried out that technique, Sharding Act 1 after the 2 first TZ complete, then going to the 3rd TZ before it ends, then finishing Act 1. Its a good use of time and TZ rotation and shards imo. If y9u dont care about idling you could just keep the same game open for 24 hours and doing all TZ rotati9ns in the same game. But thats not what I'm about.

Guys, I'm playing Hardcore.
Heard that Heralds become stronger and stronger. Seems to lvl 5.
1. Your feeling: are they dangerous, hard to kill? I don't want to be unexpectedly one shoted.
2. How to you know the level of Herald? Just count yourself or it's indicated in the game somehow?

My very first Herald had Fanaticism and was a Bone Archer.
My first Tier 5 didnt feel as strong as the first guy.
Yes they get stronger but the first Tier might be deadly af. It really depends on which aura they get, and which type of mob he is, aswell as what is the TZ mod (extra strong, fast, fire enchant, spectral hit, etc)

For your szcond question, they have specific names. "Herald of : Fright, Dread, Horror, Terror" I cant remember the first or 2nd. Im sure that Horror is 4 and Terror is 5
You may also just count / look your chat, if you play P1 you can be sure

Undead heralds are strong, not being able to leech unless you have lifetap is sketchy.

Yup. Or it gets the merc killed.
Vipers with Concentration got me to use 15 Full Rejuvs xD I have high ping but still, I thought I was gonna die several times on this one. Was lvl 5 yes
