Yea, You need Sunder or a very good merc ^^
fire bolt, fire ball, Warmth and Enchant to get Hydra.
Max fire bolt, fire ball and fire mastery, plus hydra.
Use the rest as You wish, get enough warmth and get tele ofc. and maybe static and chilling armor. But max Hydra dmg and get tele first, then add the rest.
You don't need anything special gear wise to do basic game stuff, but like most things, the better gear the faster ofc. Having a good merc is very helpfu if no Sunder tho.
Stats is like all other builds, enough to wear the gear, rest in life.
But don't expect massive massive dmg. Cows should be decently quick tho. It's just an easy chill build. like the other person suggesting Blizzard sorc, if low budget, this is the same, imo.
Go summon necro to boner necro or summon drood to nado or w.e drood the torches are cheapAF
This is true ^^ I've started quite a few ladders as Summon Druid for this reason.
