Goomshill: Rants about reading only the headline and telling others they're taking it out of context.
Also Goomshill: *Provides no context*
But yes, I did read it. Did you? What is disinformation? The dude got drunk, drug his daughter by her hand into another room alone and "accidentally" shot her while "showing her" a gun that was pointed directly at her.
Even "accidents" like this come with negligent manslaughter charges and this dude is getting none.
So what are you confused on?

Because when you say someone shot another person in an argument it implies deadly intent and we call that murder. It doesn't imply two people were inspecting a handgun and accidentally misfired it in a tragic accident. And the authorities looked into those circumstances and found it to be just that, which is why its its not a murder and not a crime. Not every tragedy is fodder for your political animus.

Aw, you poor guy... Accidentally killing another person IS a crime, especially intoxicated.

A grand jury in a heavy Trump area decided not to pursue indictment, even though UK determined it was an unlawful killing.

It is still a radical rightwing attack. Case closed.

Well damn son I am pretty sure we fought a war to make sure the UK doesn't get to decide what is or isn't lawful in America
Its neither an 'attack' nor a crime. We don't prosecute people for accidents that weren't a result of criminal negligence, nor does it serve the interests of justice to punish people who already lost a family member.

And yet people are indicted all the time for driving drunk and killing someone :bonk:

Anyways,

it was a radical right wing attack. I don't buy that it was accidental, especially since he said it didn't matter if his daughter died cause he had two more.

Enjoy your ignorance. Poor guy thinks accidentally killing people isn't a crime

Right wing is cooked.

More targeted illegal terrorism from radical right ruled unlawful. Man, can't wait until after midterms so we can have trials for these radical right lunatics.

Yes, because those people make the conscious decision to impair their own ability to drive and create the inherent danger to others.
This is a pretty basic concept in criminal liability I would hope you already understand it and I'm not just explaining it to you now

Weird how we get no responses from TiStuff or others in regards to this news. Almost like no defending it.
