A top Puerto Vallarta, Mexico cartel peep has been removed from the game board by Mexico's Federal authorities.
I do not think that this is going to play out like Mexico's government hopes it will. But, let's see.

For little not living in Mexico me, I cannot imagine what the children, families, and visitors of Puerto Vallarta will experience. Cartels do not have a track record of planning on taking out a Federal security office as a form of retribution/pay back. They kind of just blow shit up and shoot/hang/behead people indiscriminately. I hope that I am wrong. :(
