That's what I was told, the Tier 4+ requirement is only for offline play, for online sunders can drop starting from T1 herald??

i did solo tombz and managed, to kill 4 heralds in a row in 1 game, the 4th dropped the latent sunder

That’s just the normal „old“ one

U need to kill an elite herald to make him drop a latent sunder

I found out people can farm old ones on LOD then convert mules to rotw sadly.

But yeah new ones can only come from heralds in rotw

How do you hold 7 mule accounts? You buy rotw 8times? How do you open more than once instance of d2r? Is there any legal method? How many PC? Rotw doesn't even have legacy graphics, so you need to be able to run on standard graphics o.O

Yes buy the game 8 times.
It's not against TOS or illegal.
My main PC has a 9950x CPU and 64gb of ram, its no issue.

2-4 monitors also helps. Or one large one.

Each client is 2gb of ram. So 8x is only 16gb. May differ if you have slower ram/cpu? I think my older PC used more ram per client.
