Which profession looks the best from the outside but is actually the worst to live with long-term? Why?

I think social media site content creators are constantly giving up pieces of whatever a soul is for the sake of their brand and clicks.
So, on the outside, they reflect something like they are what is best for all of their subscribers and passers-by. But, on the inside, they are constantly being emptied and that this emptiness does not refill.

can't comment on the others but i know that doctors are over-worked and under-paid (especially if they are family doctors). I remember this classmate telling me that if you wanna become a doctor, become a specialist such as plastic surgeons. make shit tons of money
