Hey, bought the update. Now I can’t play at all. Was running smoothly before.

Have done: Update, repair and scan, reinstall D2R and updated the graphic card.

What could I try? Can’t get it to work..

The only thing that I see is that your GPU is on the low end, but as you stated (i believe) D2R was running fine before you bought the Rotw? - Double check the drivers updated and restart PC.

Try adjusting the settings inside the Bnet launcher to lower the settings that the game launches in. Also try running as admin.

If none of that works you can try to add the command line (-d3d11) to it to force DirectX 11. I read that this fixes a lot of the GTX 10 series crashes.

uninstall the game again. then go into the c drive / program files x86 / and delete the diablo 2 resurrected folder. Once the that's done. Uninstall the bnet launcher too. After that go and download and install everything again. That should fix your issue.

This seems like a normal thing to do when you just updating a game. Thanks for all input, will try it out.
