+6 dagger (can't also be mastery or oath since tier 1/2 skills), +6 tome, enigma, +3 circlet, +3 ammy, arachs, sojs, demon wraithstep, 9 skillers, torch, anni, battle command and skill shrine active (must scout a1 for it first) to reach;
60 bind demon, 54 blood oath, 54 mastery. And with my normal setup I apply a 50 engorge. And it gets extra strong, extra fast, spectral hit, lets ignore all those but extra strong (+99% ed)
That's +1009% damage, +1718 base damage, +1905% base life, +16% dr, +1350 AR, +93% EIAS (+75% cap), +38% EFRW, +113% lifesteal, +100 replenish life, +500 defense
and lets add another +74% hp / +1 skills from a standard CTA buff with NON-maxed out gear, and +260% might aura from a2 mercenary. Not even adding possible concentration / fanat auras
And notably, a level ~28 deathmark with 1 point in the skill gives -995 target defense and +59 damage / +59 magic damage. I don't know how these two are added, but I know the defense plays a big role because otherwise an ~86 unique mob tends to have around 75-80% chance to hit and 99 TZ hits around 80-90%, but with -995 defense they both tend to be close to 95% chance to hit against enemies that usually have ~1500 defense in normal areas. Thus we don't really need a blessed aim aura or enchant or fanat to help them along with AR.
so the best monster we're looking for is Unique Black Lancer from Matron's Den, with a Cursed affix, rolling Holy Freeze aura once bound
All the other affixes are really just minor upsides. The Matron's Den version has vastly higher HP (about 4x) and slightly higher damage (78->190.5 base, but both get +1718) than the WSK terrorized version, but is only level 86 instead of 99. Thanks to deathmark we don't really care about chance to hit.
The lancer is our go-to because she uses 3 abilities: Normal attack, Power Strike (normal attack +260% ar and negligible lightning) and Jab (3 hits in a row with +100% ar / 15% ed)
Since all demons will wait 15 frames between attacks, and even with max ias its a 10 fpa normal attack, a demon that can use jab and hit 3 times can deal way more damage, even if its only about 1/3 of all her attacks or whatever
Matron's Den Unique Black Lancer is level 86 with 47616-59520 hp (avg 53568) / 2747 def, a1 damage 127-254 (190.5) with 4824 ar, s1 damage 117-176 (146.5) with 4135 ar
With the bonuses from Bind Demon, Blood Oath, Demonic Mastery, Might & Battle Orders this becomes;
Level 86 with 1.96 million avg hp (+24k/s regen), 26k damage on all attacks with AR of 6.2k normal attack, 11k jab, 22k power strike and 3.2k defense. Her lackluster AR and lower level offset by Deathmark being a free inner sight
With 49% dr, 25/100/50/15% resists, 111% lifesteal, 10 fpa attack (+15 frame delay)
So far I haven't been able to capture this even in SP, there's only a 60% chance matron's den will have lancers, and then only 0-5 packs with 1.2 unique lancers on average, with only 25% chance to be cursed. And then you must find a skill shrine somewhere (ie blood moor / cold plains), and carefully make sure to somehow injure the lancer without killing it, tp and return with shrine active, and bind the demon without you or any pets getting hit even though bind demon requires line of sight on the extremely fast lancer. Because its curse will override your +2 skill shrine. You can't cast it around corners, but you can slow down the lancer with decrep + lethargy / etc. And even once you've accomplished that, 1/7 chance to spawn with holy freeze, only 3/7 chance to be any of the holy auras and the other 4/7 don't aoe their curse.
The best I've gotten so far is a level 60 bind on a level 99 curse + holy fire spearwoman from WSK with no other relevant affixes. I haven't got the matron's variant with curse at all yet, let alone with max skill + usable aura.
Well, here is my 'lesser' spearwoman fighting hell diablo in p1 for a laugh;
