Trial in the Antifa members who ambushed and shot federal agents in Texas at an ICE facility last year started today
And resulted in a mistrial within minutes

The defense brought in a lawyer who is a big fat black woman who wore a t-shirt with a picture of MLK jr, jesse jackson and george floyd with "Get your knees of our necks" written on it and she was immediately dismissed and the jury tainted.
The judge said he has never declared a mistrial before in his entire career and declared this one instantly, comparing it to the prosecution "wearing a shirt with Donald Trump riding an eagle with an ICE flag.”
Trial will now restart jury selection next monday
