Hi. I just got d2r on gamepass on new pc.

I created my account first on playstation years ago, and later linked it to my switch also.

My account on PS = 123@gmail.com (example)
My account (same account) on Switch = 123@gmail.com (example)

Now when i try to login in battle net on my pc it says this account linked to this email dont exist...

Now when i try to click the Nintendo Switch button or PS button in the battlenet login window, it logs me in another email, wich leads to an empty d2r account...

My account is not deleted or banned. Im using it right now on my Switch.

i dont think ps and switch accounts are linked to PC battlenet accounts
e.g. i dont think you can use those accs on PC

Not correct buddy. I succeeded to log with another account made on Playstation.

To link your Diablo II: Resurrected Game Pass (Xbox) account to an existing Battle.net account, log in to your Battle.net account settings, navigate to "Connections," and link your Xbox Network account. This enables cross-progression, allowing you to access characters across platforms, but note that online character data is bound permanently to the Battle.net account it was first created on.

i only know d2r is not cross play, so any acc you use on xbox/ps/switch etc cant be used on PC

they not the same but i still managed to open my old empty account! That I made on Playstation also

Yes you can. I play my main d2r account on pc, Xbox, psn all the time

Step-by-Step Instructions:
Log in to Battle.net: Go to the account management page, hover over your profile, and select "Account Settings".
Navigate to Connections: Click on "Connections" in the left-hand menu.
Link Xbox Network: Scroll down to "Xbox Network," click "Connect," and sign in with the Microsoft account that has the Game Pass subscription.
Verify Linking: Ensure the correct account is connected. Note that there is a one-year cooldown to connect a new Xbox account if you change it later.
Important Information:
Cross-Progression: Your characters will transfer between PC/Xbox if the same Battle.net account is used.
Character Data: If you have already played D2R on a different account, that data is saved there. Connecting a new, different Battle.net account will not bring over old characters.
Game Sharing: If you are sharing Game Pass, the account with the subscription must set the console as their "Home Xbox"
