You dont even want fools on this since you miss so much damage, you want as much raw ED as possible, so yea EBOTD is better here. Fools only necessary for certain bases and builds for certain types of pvp, 99.999% of the time you dont even need it
Then also not even bare minimum 1/3 of erep, 2os, or 40ias so its not even a trophy anyway

jsp is wild, you can post eth fools with 290+ed with 30ias and life/extra dmg and people will dismantle it saying that each and every stat is worthless instead of just saying 2/10 or something

think about what you said "the bare minimum of repair 2os and 40ias" attack speed changed buddy, weapon attack speed is way less critical now and having 30 instead of 40 is not going to prevent the best or most realistic fpa breakpoint from being reached, in the past you wouldve had a point but you dont now.
