I've had multiple people pricecheck it at higher than 30k. I also know a 103-188 that went a lot higher than this. I've also had PM's where they have offered 20k fg plus items. If I get 30k I'll be happy, we will see.

Like I told you in pm, there’s only 4 188 bhams and they never hit the market. Mine sold for 85k and the one slightly better than mine sold for like 130k.

A 15-20k pc is pretty accurate. I mean I offered 10k on your thread like a week ago and nobody else has posted outbidding me.

If someone offered you 20k + items via pm, if I were you I’d take that deal.

For sure, if anyone wants to offer in the mean time they are more than welcome to. I just posted a price a little above what I've been offered so that if it sells for that I'm not disappointed. Otherwise I'm more than happy to keep it for myself.
