yeah I'm lazy but dude doesn't even use bind. I didn't think he meant noob in the literal sense.

The point of this build is to prioritize quality of life: 125fcr for fast teleport speed and attacks + meditation aura for passive mana regen.

Echoing Strike builds have high damage regardless of setup, if you want to sacrifice fcr for more damage, which is completely unnecessary - go right ahead.

I never saw the point in pushing for max damage at the cost fcr on builds that have high damage anyway. Phoenix javazon smooth brain syndrome.

Tweak the skill point spread how you want to, his "build" is the gear used.
