I mnea it's out, just only offline and non-ladder atm. You can switch your non-ladder characters over to Rotw, too. Just can't switch back.

Not sure but:

No, Echoing Strike does not appear to calculate or use the base weapon range (weapon reach) in its mechanics.

For the same reason echo doesn't reduce your weapon durability, it also doesn't scale with attack speed. The warlock shares the same breakpoints with the necromancer and paladin

echoing strike get affected bye FCR


e/ dont think you need weapon damage
just 125fcr
and +skills

Nothing about what you posted said anything about weapon damage... You definitely still need a good weapon.
