Is this build more OP than mosiac?

It's ahead of a 100% bis hammerdin/light sorc while requiring almost no investment what so ever.

If by OP you're asking about just raw damage numbers, then mosaic comes out on top, but warlock has multiple builds that are dumpstering everything that wasn't mosaic with significantly less investment than was even needed for mosaic.

do we know if echoing blades can crit? I'm skeptical of deadly strike working when no other on-hit works tbh

edit: I think its slower than Hammerdin, Tesladin, Mosiac, Sorc and is faster than Java but kills slower.

Java teles slow but clears screen with 1 button, charged strike 1 shots Baal

Hammerdin teles faster and therefore is a faster clearer but has less killing power
