I would wait it out for like a few months. Zombies will die eventually. They need flesh/brains to survive. And they dont regenerate so their limbs will fall off not before long. The remaining survivors will repopulate the world. There will be a massive shortage of people and over abundance of resources. Entire towns abandoned you can get yourself a house anywhere, pick any car and wont have to worry about debt.
I have enough skills and resources to lead a very comfortable life.
