The Ed is nice for sure - 11 sac is perf - is LLD actually a thing on HC?
nothing like softcore but there some people that still do, but mostly for PKing low lvl people in norm, i personally keep the good lld jewels/charms i found along the seasons just to upggrade my hcnl lld mule
i was lucky on that scepter i was looking for a lower res wand or a grinding weapon back when it wasnt patched and saw it on first vendor reroll
