Power creep on its prime

We all knew they would destroy d2, right?

Is that prefix added, or does it replace the initial one?
So any random 20 life small charm can benefit from this?

Have you seen any crafted item keeping its rolls?

If you craft something with a prefix then you only get to roll a suffix. So no you can't get skillers or 20/5's.

No I haven't, good point.

So second question remains then, so any random 20 life small charm will work?

God Dammit.

I am clearly misunderstanding this, and not thinking how old crafting worked, with rewriting the entire item that was crafted to a new one.

Now I have even more questions.

Is character level going to be a factor in this?
Is the charms initial level going to be a factor?(iLvL)
are Terror zone charms going to be the go to for crafting with lvl 99 from like elites/baal charms?

They don't reroll existing mods, they simply gain the -resist ontop of what is already there.

Crafting doesn't work like that.

Not all crafting in this game works identically, and this is explicitly in the details of the cube recipes.
