- Ias vs Fcr?
- Needs Attack rating?

Echoing strike

- No Durability
+ Eth ok
- Fcr scaling
- No onhit / life tap
- Doesn't seem to require attack rating

Side question, does proc of enchant weapon override warlock hex buffs

This build has alrdy killed ubers

demon can tank meph, damage is insane. Doesnt matter tbh
