can still hit 5 frame though with 70ias mate. only pb + fanged + ataghan can hit 4 frame also but alot lower damage. I wonder if someone has ever tested?
Yes thats why are used fangeds for best speed/dmg for fury.
In D2r are furys super strong because are using Legendary Mallets
as you get speed from all items ;D slowest and bigest damage weapon.
We are forever limited in fury or ww attacks to fast weapon bases only.
