what would the cost and difficultly level be for someone customizing my signature with a small adjustment.

I. If you could shrink the image of diablo thats in my profile and put him in the middle where it says my name. have him holding my name in the center. its okay if his head goes above the top.

II. make his eyes flash and him perturbing flames.
